6/22/10 – “Mary”
Working out in a dynamic group environment is one of the most effective ways of building bonds in my experience. I’ve made some of my life long friends, people I call family now, during my old Taekwondo days long gone past. To think that the training we’re doing now is light years harder than what we did back then is awe inspiring.

As many rounds as possible in 20min of:
5 hand stand push ups
10 alternating single leg squats
15 pull ups














Bao = 14 rounds + 10 squats
Carla = 6 rounds + 5 hspu, 10min
Linh = 6 rounds, 10min
Kylie = 6 rounds, 10min
Susan = 7 rounds +1/2, 10min
Chyrl = 6 rounds, 10min
Chu Long = 5 rounds + 5 hspu
Kevin = 8 rounds + 10 squats
Tony = 8 rounds + 5 hspu
Steph = 7 rounds + 10 squats
Mike = 8 rounds + 10 pull ups
Tri = 5 rounds
Mychal = 9 rounds + 5 hspu
Annie = 7 rounds + 5 pull ups
Alex = 15 rounds + 5 pull ups (s)
Huy = 5 rounds + 10 squats
Trung = 6 rounds (s)
Helen = 10 rounds + 5 hspu (1/2 scaled)
Vannessa = 7 rounds + 5 squats (1/2 scaled)
Salem = 8 rounds + 5 hspu (s)
Tyler = 8 rounds (s)
