CROSSFIT 101: Team Unbroken Workout

Are we doing CrossFit, darn sure we are. Are we doing CrossFit as well as I would like us to be doing? No. There’s a lot we’re missing out on, but we’re doing the best with what we have. Like a start up that’s about to go IPO, you want to be part of the founding members because we’re about to go super nova :)
