CROSSFIT 101 – Truck Load & Push Races

Want world class fitness? Do work. We can’t get much more functional in our fitness than loading and unloading a truck and then pushing it for time. It was a good physical and mental test to see what our athletes are capable of when putting their strength and conditioning to a real world application.
