CROSSFIT101 On Ramp Class 11 Day #10

It’s that time again. On Ramp Class 11 is coming to a close. It’s always hard letting go, but Class 11 is going to need to try it’s first flight on it’s own soon.

Workout
As many rounds as possible in 10min of:
10 single arm snatches
30ft Russian lunges
