Tomorrow is the start of a new lunar year for Asian cultures. It is believed that what you do during new year’s day will represent what you do for the rest of the year. So, whether you’re celebrating the lunar new year or not, I hope that you still take it as an opportunity to set yourself up for success. Even if you’re not scheduled to come in for a workout tomorrow, spend the effort to refocus your goals and priorities so that when you do come in for your next workout, you’re setting yourself up for a whole year of successful habits.

Main Group Workout
“Prosper”
AMRAP in 8min:
8 thrusters, 155lbs
8 muscle ups (x2 pull ups, x2 dips)

Then, cool down with:
5 rope climbs, no feet
1.0mile run
