Work:

400m run
21 Pull Ups
12 Hand Stand Push Ups
Core:
50 hollow body rocks
Advance Strength – Repetition
1. 12-15-9 Push Press, use same load throughout sets
2. 9-6-3 squat clean and jerk, use same load throughout sets
3. 6-4-2 snatch, use same load throughout sets
Rest no more than 1 minute between sets
