Bodybuilding 101 Day 6

We are now half way through the 6 week program.  Participating in this program on top of regular CrossFit classes is a challenge, I’ll attest to that.   I love this program for its sheer variety as the movements are what we would not traditionally see in classic CrossFit.  But, what really makes this program fun for me is the students and the energy that they put into this class.  Swole on.
