We’re a little past On Ramp Class 30′s midpoint and the transformation is starting to begin. Like molding a sculpture out of clay, we’re gradually molding these recruits into future firebreathers.

Congratulations to On Ramp Class 29! It’s been a great 4 week journey and as this journey ends, we hope to see you continue on to the next journey in the group classes. As we’ve said on day one, CrossFit is meant for everyone, but not everyone is meant for CrossFit, or meant for our expression of it. Our only challenge to you is to ask yourself “If I don’t change my lifestyle for the better now, then when will I?”

It’s no big deal to say that CrossFit has changed my life. But the real impact for me is seeing how deeply it has changed the lives of so many in our community. We expect a lot from you, our community members, and I expect a great deal from our coaching staff and it’s because I know that each and every one of you are capable of great things. If you do decide to join our community, I will expect you to do your best to be the positive influences I know you all can be. 101% for life!

One more week before we assess whether these recruits are qualified to enroll into our regular group classes. They are CrossFitting, but we want to make sure they’ll live the TracFit philosophies as well.

Janurary’s On Ramp Class 29 is progressing well. We had a record number of 1st day trialers “fall off” the intensity cliff after the orientation workout, so these survivors are a testament that it’s not about whether or not you can finish the workouts, but it’s about whether or not you have the courage to come back knowing what kind of challenges await you when you return.

On Ramp Class 29 has now completed 2 out of the 4 weeks in fundamentals course and they are getting more conditioned and being introduced to new movements and concepts every day. The foundation has been laid, now we’re moving into the stage of the program where we want to really push their limits as they continue to build up their techniques. What we do is about changing lives, and we’re starting to feel that these recruits are wrapping their heads around that this is really a different lifestyle.

“CrossFit is meant for everyone, not everyone is meant for CrossFit.” But these recruits are. They made it through the 4 week fundamentals course and have been cleared for action in our regular group classes where they will continue to advance their development. Great job class 28!
