FUNDAMENTALS COURSE STUDENT UPDATES
Pull ups, push ups, sit ups, squats, muscle ups, dips, hand stand push ups, toes to bars, single legged squats, rope climbs, wall ball shots, double unders, rowing, burpees, box jumps, running, kettlebell swings, presses, push presses, push jerks, split jerks, back squats, front squats, overhead squats, snatches, cleans, thrusters.
These are just some of the necessary movements we train our Fundamentals Course students to be competent in before they may test out and graduate into our Group classes. On top of that, students must understand foundational nutrition and how to mobilize.
This is truly a lifestyle. If you have the commitment to take on this challenge, we’ll lead the way. Fill out our contact form to RSVP for an orientation and fitness assessment session to get started at CrossFit 101.
