Free Orientation Workouts for On Ramp Class 31
Feb 28th, Mar 1st, Mar 6th @ 8:30pm
Mar 5th @ 7:30am, 12:30pm, 7:30pm

The hardest part of any new venture is taking the first step.  Come check us out with a friend if you are a bit nervous about the training.

Step 1:
Email us at tracfit@crossfit101.com, or leave us your contact information here to set up a free private orientation and workout.  Or, you may rsvp to attend one of our free intro sessions at the beginning of every new On Ramp class.

It will give us a chance to listen to your goals and understand your specific needs, while giving you the opportunity to get a feel for our culture, coaches, and facilities.  After trying our intro workout, we’ll hand you our pricing sheet so that you can make an informed decision about joining our community.

Step 2:
Start our On Ramp Beginner’s Program. If CrossFit is the fast lane to fitness, the On Ramp program is just like a freeway on ramp which we use to get people safely up to speed. It’s a 12 session program, that meets consecutively on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The program will develop your basic techniques in which you will need to be as safe and effective as possible in CrossFit. The program also covers 3 nutritional programs and is designed to gradually introduce newcomers to the intensity that is a part of achieving results in CrossFit. The class starts up every 4 weeks and can be done in a group setting or with a private coach.  See schedule here.  Contact us regarding times not listed on the schedule.

Step 3:
After graduating from the On Ramp Program, continue your training where the real work gets done in our CrossFit Group Classes or continue on with a private coach.  Intimidated about the regular workouts?  That’s good to a certain point, but just know that the workouts we post up are designed for elite athletes and are modified and or adjusted to based on each individual’s performance level and injury history.  If you’re not a little nervous about your workouts, they’re probably not challenging enough for you.

Understand that we are not your typical gym.  We are instructors of the most superior General Physical Preparedness fitness program on the Earth. Our mission is to help people change their lives for the better and we do so by providing world class coaching to help you, help yourself, in reaching your goals.
