On Ramp Program

The On Ramp Program, like how a freeway on ramp is designed to gradually help vehicles merge into the fast lane, is meant to introduce new trainees to the methods and rigors of constantly varied workouts, functional movements, and high intensity.  It allows a new trainee to safely adapt both physically and mentally to the program and prepares the trainee to enter the Group Classes.

The On Ramp Program is 4 weeks long and meets 3 times a week.

Group Classes

Group classes focus on the “Workout of the Day” or WOD. Here, athletes who have successfully completed the On Ramp Program compete for fun and glory in the form of doing more work in less time either in teams or individually.  Workouts are tailored for each individual’s capabilities.
