Working sets:
L4: 135, 155, 185, 205
L3: 95, 115, 135, 155
L2: 45, 65, 75, 85
L1: 15, 22, 32, 42

Then,
In couples, complete as many rounds as possible in 3 min of:
2 burpees
2 thrusters, 2x45lbs

Yesterday, Co Loan compared the workout to giving birth, lol! I have never heard that comparison ever made about CF workouts, haha. The ladies did great as expected. Sarah’s squat is improving greatly with Helen’s help, and Co Loan puts out solid, undeniable, maximum effort. Sarah also tried soy milk and raspberries for the first time! Great things to come.
