It’s good to be back. After a great fun filled weekend with family and friends, I relished getting back to work and back on on track. The athletes continued developing their hand stands yesterday and we’re trying to get them to rely less on using the wall as a support. They practiced forward walking which is an entirely different stimulus. I think we’re going to spend time on tumbling and learning how to break falls next time, so that they don’t come crashing down as much.

After the skill practice session, we did a short metcon and finished with some parallel bar work.
