An explosive lift that drives weight supported at chest level to an overhead height. WOD: 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 (7 attempts at 1 rep max) My results: 115, 125, 125, 135, 135, 135, 135lbs Cash out: 3×5 Push Jerks, 95lbs This is the first time I’ve attempted split jumps and I like it.
